  • Starting my first diary

    I started to write in my first diary when I was 8.

  • I started to write my first poems in my diary

    I really enjoyed writing Haiku's in my 4th grade class

  • I got my poem published

    It wasn't published but my school had a newspaper and they published my poem and I was so excited about it

  • I was in my first reading and writing class

    when I went into middle school I was put into a reading and writing class that I hated at the time and I did not understand that it was meant to help me. But my teacher was very influential and helpful.

  • Poetry Slam

    I shared one of my poems at a poetry slam for school.

  • My college essay

    I had to write a college essay for my English class when I became a senior. It was a very special essay for me at the time and I had worked very hard on it.

  • Observations for my EDUC classes

    For some of the EDUC courses that I have taken have required me to do and write observations which was pretty memorable for me because it was not that enjoyable

  • Getting My teacher assistance Cert

    I had to write a full curriculum as my final project and it was a long and thought out process but I learned a lot and I still use my curriculum now.

  • Speech as a Maid of Honor

    I wrote a speech for one of my closes friends wedding. It was very nerve racking for me but it meant so much.

  • Letter to my Nephew

    I am apart of a family of four. My parents and my brother. My brother had his first son this past April. I decided to write my nephew a letter expressing my love for him and how I felt at that moment and I hope to let him read it once he is old enough to understand. I enjoy writing and its away for me to express my emotions.
