    The Assassination of Archduke Ferdinand
    Archduke Ferdinand was assassinated on on June 28th, 1914. He was assassinated by an Austria-Hungary man names Gavrio Princip. Princip was 19 years old when he did this.

    The war starts to spread when Germany declares war on Russia. This was after Austria-Hungry went to war with Serbia. This was known as the crisis that begun WWI.

    The first attack was France to the West. The second attack was Russia to the East. It worked well to start: in Paris by September 3rd.

    Trench warfare was scary. It was when soldiers would not only be fighting, but they would have to deal with disease. They would also have to deal with rats the size of cats, and "trench foot". The trenches were mainly 12 ft deep and 100 yards from each other.
