    Start of the Medieval Worldview.

    End of the Classical Worldview.

I think this work of Classical art ( poem ) describes this worldview because they were very respecting of nature and feared it because of all of the Greek and Roman gods they believed in would smite them down. I also think it represents this time period because it tells a little about the landscape they had.

    Start of the Renaissance Worldview.
  • 1500

    End of the Medieval Worldview.

I think this art ( painting ) Represents this worldview because this is when Christianity flourished and spread and it was extremely widely believed at that time. I also think this represented the worldview as you can see the hierarchy in the society.
  • Start of the Enlightenment Worldview.

    Start of the Enlightenment Worldview.
  • End of the Renaissance Worldview.

I think this Medieval art ( painting ) helps demonstrate this worldview because the Medieval worldview was a lot about bringing back the Classical worldview, but still with some different beliefs. also it represents this worldview because it was so big and things also had to be extremely glamorous and very well done to be extremely famous and last through the ages like this painting did.
  • Start of the Romantic Worldview.

    PART I
    It is an ancient Mariner,
And he stoppeth one of three.
'By thy long grey beard and glittering eye,
Now wherefore stopp'st thou me? The Bridegroom's doors are opened wide,
    And I am next of kin;
The guests are met, the feast is set:
May'st hear the merry din.' He holds him with his skinny hand,
'There was a ship,' quoth he.
'Hold off! unhand me, grey-beard loon!'
Eftsoons his hand dropt he. This is the first three paragraphs of The Rime Of The Ancient Mariner.
  • End of the Enlightenment Worldview.

I think this Enlightenment art ( painting ) represents this worldview best because a lot of people then could teach and listen and that wasn't really a thing before. I think it also represents this worldview because a lot more people would wear fancy clothes and would really think about being different in society then at home than people do now.
  • Start of the Victorian Worldview.

    Start of the Victorian Worldview.
  • End of the Romantic Worldview.

I think this Romantic work of art ( poem ) describes this worldview because it is full of feelings and expressions like the entire Romantic worldview based so much of itself on. I also feel it represents this worldview because its such a long story and nothing famous in Romantic time period was half done.
  • Start of the Modern Worldview.

    Start of the Modern Worldview.
  • End of the Victorian Worldview.

I fell like this work of Victorian art ( painting ) represents this worldview because of the dress and the dark colors and the Victorian worldview thought highly of structure and order and class and ranking and things like that. It also represents the Victorian worldview because the poem looks like a sad one and there are a lot of dark colors and the Victorian worldview was extremely pessimistic and focused more on the things that were real than what they wished were real.
  • Start of the Post modern Worldview.

Start of the Post modern Worldview.
  • End of the Modern Worldview.

I think this modern "art" ( painting ) represents this worldview because its new and not like anything ever seen before. It's also like this worldview because it took almost no effort or skill or anything whatsoever but is still famous and worth a lot.
  • End of the Post Modern Worldview.

I feel like this Modern art ( painting ) represents this worldview because it is something one person can look at and see one thing and another person can look at and see another thing and the worldview is all about what was true for you.
