Creating my magazine

The camera
I learned how to use the Canon 7D DSLR camera to take my photo for my magazine. I found out how to use the burst mode which captured every movement which helped in getting the perfect image. I also learned how to correct light levels by changing ISO. -
Colour replacement and background
I learned how to use the colour replacement tool on photoshop which came in useful as I used it on multiple aspects. I used it hear to change the colour of the graffiti to make it fit with my colour scheme, I also learned how to edit colour balance, vibrancy, exposure, contrast/brightness etc. This helped make my photos look more professional as the colours stood out more, -
Clone and Spot removal
Here I have used the clone stamp and spot removal as well as other tools. The clone stamp has been used to copy the graffiti to give the illusion of more. The clone stamp has also been used to remove the green on the walls as this didn't fit my colour scheme.
I used the spot removal tool on the subject to perfect her skin as well as to get rid of visual imperfections. -
Developing Skills
I believe that overall my skills have improved. I learned how to use the camera so my photos were already looking professional before they were edited. I've also improved in photoshop as I had not used it before my preliminary task. Using Photoshop helped make my end result look perfect and professional as I could make it look more like the magazines I have studied. -
Improvement
I believe I could still improve my skills to make my magazine even better. This is because I do not yet know all the controls and things you can do on Photoshop. I could go on to learn more features to improve my magazine further.
