Vincent Van Gogh was born in Zundert (Netherlands) into a middle class family.

While still living in Zundert, Van Gogh made his first drawings in letters addressed to his brother

After finishing school, Vincent is taken as an apprentice at Goupil & Cie, art dealers in Paris due to his uncle, who founded the company.

Vincent is transferred to the London branch of Goupil & Cie. He visits museums and galleries and expand your knowledge of art. Vincent stays in a boarding house run by Mrs. Loyer and falls in love with his daughter, Ursula.

Vincent meets Clasina Maria Hoornik and together they have a daughter and Clasina is pregnant. Meanwhile, Van Gogh continues his studies and continues painting
-
After more than a year together, Vincent ends his relationship with Clasina and embarks on a life dedicated exclusively to his work. He travels to Drenthe in the north of Holland, and paints the discolored landscape together with the peasants who work there. Later this year, Vincent moves to Nuenen to stay with his parents. He sets up a small studio to work with and continues to have Theos support.
-
After his father's death in March, Vincent continues his work and, in early spring, paints what many consider his first major work, The Potato Eaters.
-
Throughout the year, Vincent continues his work in Paris. He frequents cafes with other painters and discusses art with Bernard and Gauguin. Over the course of the year, Vincent experiments with different styles, most notably pointillism.
-
Vincent painted this painting in his later years. This is the painting I tried to recreate with my photograph.

Vincent’s last hours are very similar to the last two years, ranging from complete mental anguish to apparent joy. After attempting suicide, Vincent spends the little time he has sitting in bed and smoking a pipe, all the time with Theo by his side. Vincent dies the next morning, July 29th. The funeral takes place shortly after and his coffin is covered with dozens of sunflowers.
