This law ensures teachers and masters to teach students to be able to read and write. However the teachers and masters are held accountable by the law, in making sure they are able to teach the students how to read and write. If the kids were not taught this they would be taken out of the home and put in another to make sure they were getting the proper knowledge.

The Morrill Act of 1862, also known as "The Land Grant College Act", was established to set up institutions in each state to educate in agriculture, home economics, mechanical arts, and other professions that were practical during this time. Justin Smith Morrill, congressman in Vermont, wanted to make sure all kids of all classes would have availability to learn about these specific subjects.

Edward Thorndike is most famous for his work in psychology. He worked on a theory that to the development of operant conditioning and behaviorism. The law of effect states any behavior that is followed by a positive consequence, will happen again.

School busing is one of the most popular industries right now because there are about 10 billion kids being transported from home to school and back to home. The bus travel has become more on the radar because between 1999-2000 there were 22 students that were killed during bus transfer. This was during loading or unloading. As years went on they were able to make the buses more safe with adding lights.

This New Jersey law helped the local school boards by reimbursing money from the transportation of students to and from school. By this law coming into play, 96% of school benefited. The law did not violate the constitution in anyway, just aided the parents of all religions from getting their kids to and from school.
