  • The Choctaw tribe was removed.

  • The Seminole were removed.

  • The term "Trail of Tears" was firsted used by the Choctaw tribe.

  • The Creek were removed.

  • The Chicksaw were removed.

  • The Cherokee were removed.

  • When the Cherokee were removed, they were forbade from recieving extra clothes, food, or blankets while walking 1000 miles.

  • The trail took six months, Cherokee for example, November 1838 - April 1839
