Walking into my first American classroom I knew no English which made it pretty difficult to communicate. however I pulled through.

REACH was a program for the gifted in which only a select few got accepted in.

On my 7th Birthday I got my first LEGO set which I absolutely loved and is probably the only reason I'm interested in robotics.

In the 6th Grade I won 1st place out of all RISD on a T-shirt contest that involved water conservation. By that time this was one of my greatest accomplishments.

This was one of my first robotics competitions that involved LEGO's. However, we still learned to program and build a functional robot.

Middle school was new territory for me at the time. Like most a new school was intimidating however I wouldn't have had some of hte friends I do now without it.

I was in the 8th grade when I created a robot that was worthy of competing against other robots. After many competition my team and I booked us a seat at the World Competition for Vex IQ (the name of the company). It was exciting because we went all the way to Nashville,Tennessee.

While we went all the way to World's we did well for out first time ever. We came 42th. However, when we finished 1st at state we went to nationals and also got 1st. That's something I am definitely proud of.
