The first World War, started in 1914 and ended in 1918. It started by political conlicts because France claimed territories that Germany, Italy and Austria-Hungary were possesing. The war was divided on 2 sides, The Central Powers: Germany, Austria-Hungary, Italy and the Ottoman Empire; from the other side, the Allies: France,Russia,UK and Serbia, the USA joined later. This war was also known for the Battle of Trenches.The victory was for the Allies with the surrender of Germany. -
In 1917, the King of Russia Tsar Nicholas II established a republic and abdiqued his trone. Then, all the Russian monarchy was murdered and Lenin, took control over Russia. Then Lenin, started a new party, the Communist Party, and changed Russia's name to the URRS. Lenin's political power only lasted 3 years, since 1921 to 1924. -
Benito Mussolini was known to be the dictator of Italy, spreading Fascism through all Italy. Mussolini allied to Germany, because he thought the victory of the war was on German's side. -
Stalin. Lenin's successor, started a totalitarian political system that used state violence to corrupt society of his opponents. Economy started to be controlled by the state, thanks to Stalin, the URRS became a very powerful country with its military power and economy.

It was solved in 1933 by a social programmes known as the New Deal. It had regulations for banks, making them to decrese interest rates, less working hours, public works and unemployment insurrance. -

Adolf Hitler, was Germany's Chancellor and Führer from 1934 to 1945, he established a Totalitarian regime, known as The Third Reich, creating the Nazism and the SS. Also he prohibited trade unions and eliminated freedoms and rights. He created the idea of the Aryan race to be the smartest and strongest race. He also blamed the judish for the crisis. -
It started from 1939 to 1945,the cause of this war, was the invasion of Poland by German forces, the UK and France responded this act and declared the war to Germany. The Allies: UK and France, later the URRS and USA will join; and the Axis power: Germany and Italy, later Japan will join them; The victory of The Allies finished this war, this was the most important war in humanity, this war lasted 6 years. -
In all Europe judish people lived, Hitler that blamed them for the crisis, sent them to working camps and then kill them. Firstly jews were sent to a separated area from the other people,then, they were sent to concentration camps.Auschwitz was the biggest judish concentration camp during the WWII. More than 6 Million jews were killed. -
When the war ended, Germany, lost many of its borders. Europe was divided in 2 sides,occidental ruled by the USA and oriental by the URSS. The cold war will start between USA and the URSS.
