    The President that was involved in the Proclamation of Neutrality was George Washington. This bill took place in the United States on April 1793. What happened in the bill was that the U.S. government policy had announced that the country would stay neutral during the two country war.     The President that was involved in this bill was John Adams. He made this bill in 1798 in the United States. The law that Adams issued was a series of laws called the Alein Sedition Act. The series of four laws that Adams issused was to stop critism and strengthen the security of the country.     War of Tripoli
    The President of the U.S. that was involved in the War of Tripoli was Thomas Jefferson. He was against the leader of Tripoli of the North African Barbary State. The war started on May 14, 1801 along the broders of the North African State. This war became because of a conflict between the countries. The conflict was that Jefferson didn't pay Tripoli the money the country normally got. This effected the Presidential policy by the navy increasing in size.

    The President that was involved in the Louisana Purchase is Thomas Jefferson. It happened in 1803 in the U.S.What happened is that President Jefferson bought the Louisana Purchase. In 1806, President Jefferson sent Lewis and Clark on an expedition to explore the land the President had purchased. What happened was that James Madison wanted Native Americans to adopt the American lifestyle . What happened in the making of this document was that the President explained to Europe to stay out of South America.     Andrew Jackson was the president who approved the Indian Removal Act in 1830 in the U.S. What happened to create this policy was that President Jackson did nothing to stop people from violating federal treaties. People were violating the treaties by seizing the Native American farmlands.
