    AudioI can honestly say that my aunts work very hard when it comes time for thanksgiving. It's not an issue for them though. Each year they order everything they will by the bulk so they can save a few dollars. Aunt Jean and Joyce do all of there own recipes when they prepare the food for Thanksgiving.

    The ham that you see before you is my first Thanksgiving fixing. I wasnt expecting to cook anything, but I was oleased with the way it turned out. Everyone said that I didnt too bad for my first ham. It was great knowing that I did a decent job on it.

    AudioEvery year my Aunt Joyce goes out and purchases a huge box of apples. Once she gets them home she peels them one ny one until there arent anymore ledt. She then lets the apples sit in a tub of water so thay can soften up. She makes homemade crust for each pie and she slowly cooks them.

    Once the pies have been well prepared and the apples, cinnamon, brown sugar, and a hint of other ingredients are placed inside of the pie. It then goes into the oven to create a masterpiece.

    audioNobody I mean nobody can touch my Aunt Jean when it comes to making cakes. She learned fromthe best baker in the world. My Grandma Roxy which I have never met use to always bake cakes and pies every Sunday for her grandkids. So my Aunt Jean would always watch how she made and thats how she became such a great desesrt maker.
