I was born in Canada, and have lived here all my life. Being I was born in Canada, and have lived here all my life. Being born was not only significant for me, but also my family and friends. Being born healthy and successfully gave me the ability to be who I am today. If I was born with a health defect or have something else go wrong, and I do not know where I would be today. I am thankful today for being born healthy, and because of it I believe my birth is a significant event. -

Broke My Arm
When I broke my arm it was important because it was the first time I've ever broken a part of my body. Also because when I broke my arm it taught me that I need to cherish life and be careful because you only live once. This event in my life taught me something that is very important, I realized i never wanted to go through that sort of pain again. By learning this through breaking my arm caused this event to become a significant day in my life. -
My Dad Becoming a Minister
When my Dad became a minister it was a very imporant time in my life. Our whole family celebrated and not only did it change things, but it brought our families together under God. -
My Little Brother (Ethan) Being Born
When my little brother was born, many things in my life changed. Now that I was an older sister I realized that I needed to be a good example for him. Not only that, but i have learned many things from him. Ethan has taught me to enjoy life and live it to the fullest. He is always having fun and being his curious, funny self; causing me to see life from a new perspective. My little brother being born was a life changing and significant event in my life. -
Moving to Oak Ridges
Moving to the Oaks changed my life significantly because I had to change schools as well as make new friends. This caused me to become more open to new things. By moving to the Oaks I was encouraged join the basketball team, and through this I was able to find my passion in basketball. Also, I was able to make friends and memories that will last a lifetime. -
My First big family trip to Disney World
Going to the Magic kingdom, Animal kingdom, and MGM studios was amazing. By going I was able enjoy myself. Also it was the first ever big family trip. Before this event, I have never been on a airplane. Also, together we were able to bond as a family, enjoying every minute as we toured Disney. -
R.I.P Grandma
When my Grandma died, my life was turned upside down. It was the first BIG death that ha occurred in my family, and things have never been the same since. My grandma and I used to talk about school and life together. She made Christmas a big thing in our family, always hosting parties and bringing the family together. Her death was a very significant event in my life. Not only did it change things, but also taught me to cherish the times I have with the people I love. -
Grade 8 Graduation
Graduating grade 8 was a very important time in my life. It was fun being able to look back on the years i had with my friends at Lake Wilcox. We were able to think about the amazing memories and times we had together. it was fun to be able to celebrate our awards. I was awarded with the Literacy award, Citizenship, and the principal Leadership award. I was finally able to let go of everything that happened in the past and realize the new start that was coming in high school. -
Josh (Older Brother) going away to college
Graduating grade 8 was a very important time in my life. It was fun being able to look back on the years I had with my friends at Lake Wilcox. We were able to think about the amazing memories and times we had together. It was fun to be able to celebrate our awards. I was awarded with the Literacy award, Citizenship, and the principal Leadership award. I was finally able to let go of everything that happened in the past and realize the new start that was coming in high school. -
My Sweet 16
Turning 16 was very important to me because I've been thinking about it for a long time. I am finally of age and this event is significant to my life.
