Lamingtons, and the use of desiccated coconut in them, became very popular. In this time, ANZAC biscuits, pumpkin scones and Pavlova were created and became popular. -
Vegemite.
Vegemite was invented in this year, using the yeast of left-over beer. -
Now.
As of today, many cuisines are utilized in our multicultural country, and it is seen as accepting of all cultures. In comparison to the past, Australia is well on its way to becoming a better united country.
