Louis XVI was the ruler from 1774 to 1792. The dynasty returned to the throne in 1814, after the fall of Napoleon, but the last Bourbon king fled in 1830 due to the scare of the Revolution. -

The uneducated people in the third estate acted like this when they got locked out. The educated people went to the tennis courts to make the constitution. -

30,000 people were killed by the guillotine, who were thought to be internal enemies. Louis XVI was the first person killed by the guillotine and his wife was the second.

Napoleon conducts coup d'Etat to overthrow the week Directory, and established a Consulate government
Napoleon fallowed out his plan in overthrowing the Directory. The then made a three-man government called the Consulate. Napoleon named himself first consul for life.
