The nationalism Chinese rebels attacked the Foreign Naitonals in Beijing. But Foreign armies won so China was punished by paying $330 million. -

The Qing fell because of a lot of reasons such as the weak government, punishment that China had to deal with, lost the war. -

The Nationalist continually attacked the Communists. So, Communists have to escape. During the long march, Mao enforced the soldier to treat people with respect and pay for food. So, people will see that Communist was a better group than Nationalism because they treated people harshly. -

The Communists and KMT cooperated to fight Japanese. -
The Communists take power and The Nationalists escape to Taiwan.
The Communists, group of Mao Zedong, took control of China because they won Nationalists, group of Jieng Jei Shi. Therefore, nationalists have to move to Taiwan. This is the reason why Taiwan seperates from China. -

The Hundred Flowers Campaign
Mao Zedong asked people what he's doing wrong. When people told him that he did this wrong, he killed that people. Additionally, when there were people that didn't agree with communist, he sent these people to re-education. But if it didn't work, he killed that people. -

Great Leap Forward
- Mao Zedong modernized China's economy (build up the industries.) -He moved from farming to industry.
- He competed America and Japan.
- Self sufficient which means we have to look after ourselves.
- Farming communes means working together and sharing together. For example: A do this, B do this and C do this. Then, share what they do together.
- Mao Zedong didn't import any new product, which means we have to recycle steel. These are what Mao Zedong try to do but the result is it didn't work!

Cultural Revolution
Mao Zedong tries to atrract the young people by closing the school so there's no teacher to teach these children about what had happened and damage the proof. Furthermore, he re-educated old people so they wouldn't remember about the failure of Mao Zedong. -
Mao Zedong dies
Mao Zedong died on 9th Semtember 1976. There are 2 types of veiwing about Mao Zedong. On one side, they look up to Mao Zedong because he was the one who made China developed including economy, industry and lifestyle. On the other hand , they thought that Mao Zedong was a bad person because he killed about 40 million people!
