    Snowy Mountains Scheme

    The states that were involved with the scheme were New South Wales, Victoria, the Australian Capital Territory, Queensland and South Australia. The aim of the scheme was to harness the water in the Murray-Darling Basin for agriculture and clean power in cities and towns.
