    captain arthur phillip and the first fleet arrived at Botany Bay on 9 ships and 2 war ships and 750 convicts.
    They found an area that they could not settle on, instead they settled on sydney cove in port Jackson in january the 26th which now is Australia day.

    A new south wales polotition named Henery Parks had the idea of joining all the colonies together in a fediration to form one nation.

    on the 8th of april 1865 in new south wales parliament passed law making bushrangers outlaws this meant they could be captured,dead or alive by any citizen without a warrant for their arrest. a mounth later on the 4th of may 1865 notorious bushranger ben hall was hunted down and shot by the police at his hideout at billabong creek his last words were i am wounded shoot me dead and he was shot 15 times.

    Sir Henery Parks premier of New South Wales and Sir Henery Pares was also the first leader of federation movement.
    Sir Henery Parkes would of been 86 in 1901 but he died before fediration was able to be reliced in Australia.
