  Throughout high school, I saved my work on floppy disks and diskettes.

  I was introduced to Second Life in a graduate online class. Second Life is a virtual learning environment (VLE) using avatars and settings which allow the teacher and students to interact.

  I used Audacity to make voice recordings and embed them into digital videos. This freeware allows you to make voice recordings and even add music to your narrations.

  I was introduced to and started using MS Movie Maker to make short digital videos for an online class.
