Public Notice describing education programs and how to request an evaluation.

An oral request is made to a school professional or administrator. The school personnel must provide Permission to evaluate/request forms to the parents within ten days of receiving request.

Conduct and complete report after informed consent received from parent. Evaluation must be done within 60 calendar days.

Time following evaluation report to develop IEP can be done within 30 calendar days.

The IEP that has been drafted must be implemented ASAP or within ten days.

All students except those with ID must be reevaluated at least once every 3 years. Students with ID will be reevaluated every 2 years.
