Multi media is another important aspect of socialization. It provides role models for kids and it also influential on there behavior. When I was little i used to watch teletubbies every morning. The point of the show was to teach kids to clean up after them self's because in the show there is a vacuum cleaner that cleans up everything. School also plays a important role socialization. When I was in day care the person how watched me would always tell me how I need to be respectful to other people and they would always tell me not to say bad words. This was to teach me that I need be respectful to each other and to treat others the way I want to be treated. This is a important thing to know because not every one can be going down the streets insulting every one because the never learned ho to trait other people. -

During the age span of birth to toddler peers didn’t play the most important role but they played a important part. When I was little the only peers I had were kids at day care ad om of my parents friends children. This was important because it taught me how to interact with other people and how to behave. Without this I would probably socially awkward. -
Birth to toddler(family)
Family plays a very important role in what shapes a person and how they are socialized. From when I was born until now my parent have influenced what my believe are an how I act. When I a little kid my mom used to make me put my toys away before I could eat or get more toys out. The reason they did this was to teach me responsibility and to clean up after my self. That is one example of how family my family taught me how to behave and be normal. -

My family plays a major part in my socialization while growing up. During the age span of being a toddler and being school aged my parents would try to get me to do stuff on my own like tie my shoes and get my own food. This was to teach me responsibility and how to look after my self and be independent. -

When I was in preschool one day we went out to a park and there was a slide that everyone was lined up to go on and I budged in front of every one to go first, this caused quit an upset . One of the teachers saw me and quickly pulled me over and told me that I need to think about others before I act and that i need to sit on the bench in timeout. This taught me that I should think before I act. That is my example of the school agent of socialization for toddler to school age. -

The shows that I used to watch during the age of a toddler and school age were blues clues and Scooby Doo.I watched these because they were mystery's and that influenced my to want to become a detective. That is how mass media effected my during the time span of toddler to school age. -

The way that my peers influenced me was this one time when some of my friends in preschool convinced me to help them take toys from other people. So for the rest of the day we went around picking up toys when people weren’t looking, sometimes they would turn around and yell at us but we would just run away. Until the teacher finally put a stop to it by putting us in time out. That is how my peers influenced me from being a toddler to school age. -
Elementary(peers)
Another thing that was becoming a bigger influence in my life was my peers. When I started making a lot of friends my parents soon became less of a influence on me than as before in my life. That is the effects that peers had one me during elementary. -
Elementary(family)
Another way that my family influenced my socialization was when I was in elementary school my parents would constantly remind me about my manners and how I should act in public. Also how to introduce my self to new people that I haven’t met. They did this so that I would know how to act in public and how to meet new people. -
Elementary(mass media)
Elementary was the first time in my life when I was really exposed to the Internet and T.V, I began to got on the computer more and watch more T.V. I would watch shows on Nickelodeon and Cartoon Network. One of my favorite shows was sponge bob. This was a time when mass media started to become a bigger and more influential thing in my life. -
Elementary(school)
During elementary school in third grade my teacher would always talk to me about how I should have better eye contact,because every time a talked with some one especially teachers I would look at the floor or just look any were to avoid eye contact. After a while i finally broke that habit and now I have better eye contact and better socializing skills. -
middle school(family)
My family's role in socialization in middle school was very little. What ever my parents would do would not effect me very much and I didn’t really care about what they had to say. -

In middle school my peers were the one of the most influential things in my life. What every my friends would do I would do to. I was also meeting a lot of new people for the first time so i would do stuff to fit in and make new friends. -

Middle school was something I was completely unused to, the teachers expected everyone to do stuff on their own and not be reminded. They wanted to have every one act like young adults and to act mature. Since my parents were pretty strict about my behavior and taught me to be respectful I did almost every thing on my own,so i did well in middle school. -

By far mass media was the most influential and important thing in my life during middle school. Almost every thing revolved around mass media. At school me and my friends would talk about something that was on T.V or the Internet or something like that. The Internet was a major form of communication between friends like through webs sites like facebook and twitter.
