Beaconhose School System, Wah Cantt branch was established. -
Principal Mrs Farzana Maqbool
Mrs Farzana Maqbool was the first principal of BSSW who made many changes for the betterment of this school.For example she made Science labs and Computer labs and many more. -

At the beginning of the BSSW the classes were only from Pre-Nursery to the Fifth Grade. -

Classrooms
When BSSW was established there were only 8 classrooms and 200-250 pupils but now there are more than 30 classrooms with 800-850 pupils -
Discipline and Rules
Maintaining discipline involves some rules which are properly being practised at BSSW. -
Development in IT and Science Labs
Computer labs were built with proper ICT equipment. -
Change in building and timings
The school building was shifted to a much more bigger and better area with timings from 8am-1:30pm. (for senior classes) -
Teachers
There are many old teachers whom still teach at BSSW like Ma'am Huma Anwaar, Ma'am Qudsia, Ma'am Asma and Ma'am Sadia. By there efforts our school's students Zoha Abdullah, Zohaib Asad and Ibrahim Shahid broke many world records. -
BSSW lends a helping hand.
When there was the earthquake in Kashmir over $5.4 billion were contributed to the poor people including the help provided by the BSSW students aswell. Many funds were collected and given to the poor people as an act of charity. -
Functions
Many functions were held in BSSW, like Sports day, Welcome and Farewell parties, Science and Art exhibitions, IT gala, Debate competitions and e.t.c. -
O-A levels
The O'levels and A'levels were established in BSSW. -
Playground
Only one ground was there in which the children could play -
Educational Trips
Beaconhose Wah students' trips included the educational trip to Newlands, Wah Gardens, Islamabad and Rawalpindi. -
Improvement in Syllabus.
In the past the teachers made the lesson plans by themselves and the books were not that interesting for the pupils but now proper lesson plans are made by the the regional office and attractive books are published for the pupils. -
Building Seperation
The Primary branch and Secondary Branch were seperated. The new Primary branch was built just nearby the Secondary branch. -
Library
The number of books in library were 100 in the past but now the books are 20,000 in number. -
More improvement in technology
Better computers wre introduced because of teacher Mubeen Ul Basharat. -
Changes Required
The BSSW students also require some more things like a bigger branch, more trips, bigger grounds for proper sports, more functions and facilities. -
The present of BSSW
There are many new teachers entering BSSW and there teaching also helps the students alot. The building is also improved. -
Champions of Wah.
The BSSW students were the champions in the tournaments of table tennis, badminton, football and basketball by the efforts of Sir Zarat.
