My Grandma was a huge Chicago Bears fan and, the year they won the super bowl she was super hiped. -
Diagnosed
This was the day my Grandmother was diagnosed with lung cancer. Later on down the road she had developed stage 4 lung cancer. It really was heart breaking. -
