Nicholas ll becomes Czar of Russia
Nicholas the 2nd was crowned Czar of Russia after his father Alexander the 3rd passed away unexpectedly. Nicholas was only 26 years old when he became Czar ,and was guided by his father in education and religion. -

Bloody Sunday
After losing the war in japan the factory workers of Russia and priest George Gapon lead a march to the Czar’s Winter Palace in St. Petersburg. They they wanted to speak to Czar Nicholas, but he thought they were going to kill him so he sent his soldiers to meet them in the front of the palace. But as the people were about to say the soldiers opened fire killing and injuring many innocent factory workers. -

The U.S.S.R stands for the Union of Soviet Socialist Republics. This now made Old Russia the largest republic and helped Russia industrialize. The creation was also founded by Vladimir Lenin. -
Vladimir Lenin's Death
Lenin suffered a stroke in May of 1922 and then another one in december of the same year. Now knowing he’s going to die soon he tried increase Russia’s power and government as much as he could. But on January 21, 1924 he passed away from another stroke but did not die till 10 months after.
