    The new dress code banned pentagrams and pentacles. Some say it was uneccesary and others say it violates the student's constitutional rights

    The school had to revise the dress code "to mandate religious accommodations in accordance with the Alabama Religious Freedom Amendment."

  • High school in Texas suspends a girl for wearing a Pentacle

    She refused to remove her pentacle (symbol for witchcraft). She stated her and her family practice Wiccan religion. Her mother referred to it like what the cross is to a Cristian Ended with the girl being allowed to wear it hidden in her clothes.

  • Public school in Oklahoma suspends girl for wearing a Hijab

    An 11-year old girl was suspeded twice for wearing a hijab to school, saying it violated dress code. The school said it scares some of the kids. Ended with the school modifying the dress code to allow religious exceptions
