Although he's known for his amazing creations, some people felt like he wasnt the guy who made the idea up in his mind. People think that the idea was actually made up by the canadian inventor, Reginald Fessenden. the creation was known as the "Edison Effect".

A while later during the early radio years, the owners sttarted to experiment a little bit and started to use AM and FM waves.
