This is one of the largers events in American History. It means so much to us. So many important people were involved in the writing of the constitution. This protects us from so many important things today. -

The Boston Tea Party was a big part in history. This was a way that the people sort of told the king that he needs to stop giving the people taxes to pay, that are pointless. -
Lewis and Clark leave for their expedition
Lewis and Clark's journy went from May 14-July 31, 1804. They had so many amazing discoveries on their journey. They also met some pretty important people, like Sacagawea, who helped them throughout their journey. -
Missouri Compromise
They gave Missouri the right to a slave state. This was what seems like a bad thing to us, since slavery is a bad thing. But to them, it was such a blessing that they got to own slaves. -

Kansas was so close to Missouri, which was now a slave state. That the area between them became a battle field.
