    Mexican Constitution of 1917
    It had as primary goal to make the church power limited, and that the foreigners not allowed to own land. It included the division of the powers into executive, legislative and federal. Many reforms were later on put into effect to change it.
    Some revolutionaries like Zapata and Villa didn't agree with it
  • Russian Revolution

    Russian Revolution
    There were two Russian revolutions: the February and the October Revolution. The February Revolutions consisted of people, screaming for their needs and looking to obtain the means of production from the government. It was not violent. Later, when Lenin, returned from exile, he looked for another revolution.
    Russia later pulled out of World War I and granted Germany with a lot of land. Germany won a lot of territory, however it did not last long after the Spanish Flu attacked.

Many people believe that it was created by the Germans as a biological weapon against the allies, however men and women on both sides died because of the virus. After the virus was controlled, tensions grew between countries and the search for a solution later contributed to the end of the war.

    He opposed to certain points of the constitution so Venustiano Carranza ordered the eradication of Emiliano Zapata. Zapata was one of the major military and peasants of the Mexican Revolution and a symbol of peasant resistance leaders in Mexico. The assassination provided a great advantage against all of the revolutionaries. The years that followed, more and more people were assassinated by Carranza’s hand.

    World War I had just ended when the treaty of Versailles was signed. Germany was forced to pay all the war damage, that led into an international debt that later caused the Stock Market Crash of 1929 and consequently the Great Depression. Mustard gas became ilegal, it was completely against human rights since millions of people died being tortured, without any freedom.

    Because he didn't agree with the constitution, supporters and followers of Villa were enraged, causing many protests in many key places around Mexico. The continuous violent actions caused the government to struggle, so Carranza ordered his assasination
  • Cristero War

    • note day and month are not correct but we couldnt eliminate them This war was between the government of Plutarco Elias Calles, and militia’s laity, priests and religious Catholics. He persecuted the Catholic Church in general and also made anyone who wished to practice priest had to be Mexican by force. When it finally ended, the PRI was at its first stages of being created and the very first year of control.
  • PNR was created

    PNR was created
    Calles created the National party PNR, later knowed as PRI. The same year, Alvaro Obregon, who managed to be elected two terms by violating the Constitution, was assassinated by angry cristeros during the Cristero War. This was one of the most important changes Mexico’s government made since the revolution. And was related to cristero war because it's considered as a factor to te end of it.

    Economical issues after WWI grew to the point that many people started to distrust banks, trade, and other types of economic exchange. Because of this, people started to get their money out of the bank and stopped investing in the stock market, which made it fall. This crash started the 10 year depression known as Great Depression.

    After Paul von Hindenburg's death, hitler took the title of the fürher, getting all the power over germany. Because of the "Law Concerning the Highest State Office by the Reich" hitler became the head of state and government, reducing controll and balance over him and his government.

    Sindicato Único de Trabajadores Petroleros was formed
    This organization was formed because people that worked at international oil companies wanted better working conditions they demanded a fair salary and razonable prestations, which companies didn't want to give them, so they started getting mad and protesting.

    Lázaro Cárdenas decided to expell Plutarco Elías calles because he was constantly interfering in mexican politics, and workers, farmers and amployees were asking to Cárdenas to punish that, also he declared Mexico as communist in the Veracruz congress and he was accused by the PNR of betrayal to the revolution program and conspiration against institutions; so he expelled him from the country and they also fired "callistas" from the army, governmentand congress.

    The maximato is considered as finalized by many historians when Lázaro Cárdenas was elected president in 1934, but many others think it was formally finalized when Cárdenas expelled Calles from the country, because he was still trying to involve his influences in the government.

    This goes against human rights because it was letal to the population, it was a massive murder for no reason that still has consequences because of the radiation it still transmits, people were not given the right to live or the right to be secure.

    This goes against human rights because students weren't given freedom of speech and public manifestation, some students died there, others dissappeared and were tortured.
