    Peter's father dies and the crown isn't passed to Peter but it is passed down to his half brother.

    Peters brother dies and the crown is passed on to Peter and his other brother Ivan.

  • Year when Peter became leader

    Petr the Great beame the leader of Russia at age 24 in 1696. One year later he lead people to Europe on a trip called te "Grand Embassy".

  • Peter Goes to Europe

    Peter the Great went to west Europe only one year after he bacame the sole leader of Russia.

  • Great Northern War

    Peter the Great wins the Great War of Russia and this was something Peter really wanted to acomplish.

  • Peter creates a new city

    Peter the Great created a new city on Swedish lands that seemed really ideal to him and he thought was best for everyone even if some people didn't think so. He called it St. Petersberg.

  • Peter becomes sick

    Peter becomes very ill and has to have an emergency operation that helps but never fully cures him.
