Adopted our first family dog!
We adopted our first dog out of a shelter in San Diego, California. We named him Xander. He was a German Shepard mix. He made me a dog person. -
Moved to North Carolina.
Moved to New Bern, North Carolina when I was 7. Took the whole move by car from California to North Carolina. Made me hate long car rides. -
Adopted our second dog.
Adopted our second dog Xena. Still have her to this day and she is the best dog Ive ever owned. She is my dog. She is a Shih Tzu mix. -
Moved to Pensacola, Florida.
Moved to Pensacola, Florida when I was about 10-11. -
Moved to Okinawa, Japan!
Moved to Okinawa, Japan when I was about 12. Biggest move I have ever made. Biggest life changing experience of my life so far. Saw the world in a completely different way and also my favorite move I have made as a military child. -
Adopted our third dog.
Adopted our third dog right out of Japan and brought her back to the states with us. Her name is Kiyomi which means ¨Pure Beauty¨ in Japanese. We still have her to this day and shes about three. -
Moved back to Pensacola, Florida.
Moved back to Pensacola, Florida when i was about 15. Last move I would ever have to make as a military child. -
Got braces :(
MIxed emotions about getting them. I hate them but I know I will love my smile once they come off. -
Got my wisdom teeth removed.
Got all four of my wisdom teeth removed plus one extra tooth. First surgery I have ever had. -
Bought and moved into our first house.
This is the house my parents will most likely live in for the rest of their lives. This is where my dad will retire from the Marine Corp. We are here to stay now. This was significant for me because I know now that we will not be moving anymore. -
Celebrated my 18th birthday!
