Grandmother dies of a brain hemorrhage, family separates after this.
-
After grandma died, complications in the family increased , the family was united because of grandma, not anymore. We move 20 miles to a big city.
-
After moving to the city, i left behind my old friends, i was not happy at all, but we had to move. Now we were in a big city with people who were barely as social as we were in our suburb. In the city the people seemed cramped up ,with smaller houses and apartments, a lot of people on the streets and traffic on the roads..
-
Joined a small private school at the city, it did not have a lot of students, the classes were moderate sized and the students were less in numbers, making it really easy for the teachers to focus on each and every one of us.
-
It was an intel inside pentium 3 at that time, our school required us to have a PC at home, so dad bought one for me. I used it for games more than homework tho.

As school was coming to an end i started applying to colleges, i was obsessed with the military so i applied for a lot of military institutions. (College for us means 8th grade-12th grade)
-
Was medically unfit to join the air force, thus got rejected. I cleared the initial tests and interviews tho.
-
The reason i was medical unfit for Air force was, during the medical screening at the last step , we were required to read some colored figures and trace and track a trail with our finger, i did it right at my own way, but they said the trail is not where you are pointing, thus i was declared red-green colored blind.
-
I applied for 3 Air force colleges, and showed up at only 1, when i found out i was color blind, i did not show up to the other interviews and tests, though i was shortlisted and got calls.
-
Applied for 6 other colleges that did not have the requirement to see all colors
-
Finally i got selected in the same cadet college my brother went to, it was pretty cool
-
Hostel life was just getting started , i didn't know what was coming at me and how will it change me in the coming 3 years.

-
I was selected to go to US as a foreign exchange student, this was one of the happiest moment of my life
-
Finished high school, now starting to look at colleges
-
After months of studying and lengthy applications processes, got accepted into a medical college
-
Finally the hard work is paying off
-
Saved money and bought a house
