My grandfather fought in the Korean war at a very young age. He entered by the draft and leaving his home and family. Many of the stories he tells me effects me as a person and the things I want to do. -
Family coming to America
Both sides of my family was not originally from the United States. My Grandparents came for a better life. If they did not come to America I would not be where I am today. This event created the family and life I have today. -
Little Brother Birth
My little brother was born April 29th, 2008. This changed me and my whole families life, without him so many things would be different. He effects us all in many ways, for example, I would be the youngest child and my life would be different. -
Traveling to Washington D.C. with Class
When I traveled to D.C. with my 8th grade class I learned a lot about our country and the History of presidents and other important people. Also, I learned much about memorials. This event changed my life because I learned about where I live and why each event effects my life everyday. For example, Freedom and Rights for the people. -
Music
Music has impacted me my whole life and have helped me through tough times. I have learned a lot from Music and my life wouldn't be the same without it. I use music to cope through a lot of things and it helps me a lot. Music also helps me connect with different types of people. -
Travel Basketball
Travel basketball has opened me up to travelling the United States, creating bonds with my teammates and playing against the best players in the country. If I didn't have this it would change basketball for me.Travel basketball teaches me a lot, being coached and learned by different people helps improve my knowledge for the game. -
Going to Dallas for Basketball
Going to Dallas with my team alone was an event that changed me. Being on my own for a couple days in Dallas with my team made me understand more about responsibility. Handling things on my own helped me and changed me to be more responsible. -
Rankings coming out for Michigan Basketball Players
Once I got ranked in my grade for Michigan changed the way I look at life. How hard I work, It made me work harder everyday to be better and to not be satisfied with anything I do. This event changed me and how I work on everything. -
Older Brother Leaving For College
My older brother was my best friend as we grew older. I became really close with him. We had many similarities that we connected on. When he left for college life changed for me and my family. Since he is away at college. Life is much different. -
Varsity Basketball as a Freshman
As a Freshman I got moved up to play varsity basketball. It changed how I played basketball. Playing against older kids was a challange for me. This event improved my skill in the game of Basketball and gets me prepaired for these years to come.
