Teachers will work in teams by department to attend PDs and come back to school and provide site/district based PDs

The distance learning program will truly be distance. Students will communicate with the instructor via Google classroom, completing all assignments online. Face-to-face meetings will be minimal. Doing this will allow teachers to take on more sections of distance learning classes.

Classrooms will not contain desks in rows or a U, but be in work stations: collaboration space, thinking/work space, meeting space, direct instruction space.

Students will have a group of curriculum from which to learn and work with a student advisor or counselor to help them decide their path of learning toward graduation. Students will periodically check in with the advisor if their paths change so they are able to be redirected.

All students will have technology on a one-to-one basis. This will be a desktop, laptop, tablet or a smartphone. Working with Google classroom, hangout or some other tech type of learning community.
