The first computer my family got was the Gateway 2000. This is the computer I learned on for the first several years of my life. Originally, we had dial up internet from the college of West Virginia.

Our first time getting non dial up internet was in 2004. I was very glad to not have to wait half an hour to load my polly pocket flash games.

My first gaming system was the original hardshell Nintendo DS. My grandmother got me and my cousin matching ones for Christmas in 2005. It was the first of many video game systems to come.

The first time a significant portion of my assignments were online was in 2010 when I was in the 7th grade. Part of our Algebra curriculum was required to be online so we were learning the program and the computers with our teacher. Now, every math curriculum seams to come with some form of online component.

My first smartphone was the iPhone 5s I got my sophomore year of highschool. I had already had an ipod touch, so it was like two devices got morphed into one for me. This was also the first personal device that I could also use during some classes at school.
