This was the day I was born so I think this is considered one of the most important event in my life.

This holiday is very important to my family & friends because it’s the day Christ was born. We celebrate. The room is full of joy and laughter. With many presents, food, and love. I celebrate this holiday each year, but I think the first time I celebrated it was a few months after I was born, which I don't recall at all.

People like my mom/family, my best friend and friends have always been very important to me. I care and love them very much. I worry alot if the people that are close to me are in danger, pain, and unhappy. In the Philippines, I started meeting new people, that became important (the rest of my family).

I lost my grandma at a young age, then my grandpa, my uncle etc. I have lost many people in my life, but I know that their time is done. And know that they are free from pain and in a safe place with God. I was 2 or 3 years old, when I lost someone for the first time.

I went to the Philippines at the age of 1. I lived there for 4-5 years, then my mom picked me up at the airport and we both went back to Canada, I was five years old at that time.

I have always been a quiet person, never really interacted with people so I didn’t have any friends. But, one day that changed, me and this girl met at a daycare that was in my school (it’s no longer there). I currently was in grade 2 and she also was in my class. We talked and hung out all the time in school or daycare, she then became my first friend. As time passed, we became closer and have became best friends, it has stayed like this till present.

When Covid happened in 2019 there have been changes in Canada in what we can do or not. I have been doing remote learning for the past 2 years because of this virus.

I graduated elementary in grade 5 at my school. I have been in this school since grade 1. Now, I am in Junior high, (grade 7) doing online learning under a different school.

I became a godparent at a young age. I am one of the godparents of my cousin.

This day was very sad and will remain in my memory forever. My last day of daycare was on my birthday. I made friends there and some of the people I met in this daycare were important to me. We celebrated my birthday, then said our goodbyes when my mom picked me up. They bought me a cake, made me a card, and gave presents. I am really thankful for all the things I received from them.
