My sister, Courtney was born on June 21, 1988. She is my best friend and is very supportive of my me and helpful when it comes to decision making; especially big ones like what I want to do for the rest of my life.

My brothers, Nick and Eric were born on April 27, 1992. Because I am 6 years older then the boys, I learned how to take care of young children, babysitting and being around young children. Although they are my brothers I did enjoy playing with them and taking care of them. This made me start to think about working with children in the future.

Watson Insurance Agency in Manchester, NH was my first "real" job. My mother works here so it was easy for me to have the job. I learned here what I did not want to do. Being in an office all day filing and answering phones was not for me. I stayed here until I was old enough to drive which is when I got the job at Action Kids Athletics.

This was my first coaching and real job that I had working with children. I coached gymnastics to children and taught swim lessons. I realized how much I enjoyed working with children and knew that I would want to do something in the future that would allow me to do this. I stayed at this job for 7 years.

During school I worked at Top Gun Gymnastics Academy in Plymouth, NH. I was the team coach and worked with children ranging from 4 years old to 13 years old. I really enjoyed working with the younger age pre-team girls who were around 5 or 6. After working with this group I thought the younger age was where I wanted to be.
