I went to Disney World in 2004 for the first time ever. My grandparents took my family and I and it was one of my most favorite, happy memories. Unfortunately when we were there I lost my beloved RaRa (stuffed rabbit I slept with every night). We called Disney for months after and I cried almost every single day but eventually my neighbors got me a new replacement RaRa.

My grandfather passed away in 2006 but before that he and my grandma built an amazing home in Sedona that they lived in for several years. They called it the Arrow B resort because their last name Bratter. It is one of the most stunning, peaceful, special places to me on Earth. Here we are on the rooftop of their house. A few years ago my grandma sold it because it was just too big to maintain herself but I will never forget this place and all the memories that took place here.

My summer swim team was a very important and huge part of my life. One of the members of my swim team in my grade was Drew Howard who unfortunately passed away at age 8 from a virus. Drew was full of life, spirit, and happiness. He was competitive but loved summer swim team for so many reasons and brought happiness to all. Each year after his death one swimmer who held these same values and represented Drew won the spirit of Drew Howard award. I was lucky enough to receive this award in 2012.
