Birthday
I was born in Phoenix, Arizona. I didn't live here for very long because I ended up moving in a few years. -
Moving to California
I lived in Phoenix until I was 3 years old, then I moved to California. This was important because being raised in California really changed my perspective on everything. I also went to the beach a lot. -
I moved to Arizona
I was really against moving for obvious reasons, but it didn't end up being that bad. I made many friends very fast, but I couldn't stand the heat. I started middle school in Maricopa Arizona, then went to Maricopa high. -
The person that has impacted my life
Seth has to be the only person that's actually made an impact on my life. We are really good friends even though he's in California we still keep in contact but he's been through a lot and always gives me really good advice on any problem. Seth is one of the few people I know that actually make sense when giving advice. I can always rely on Seth to talk to about anything and it's really cool. -
going to Westwood
This was very important to me and a really good decision because it's a way better school than maricopa high. I also had friends here before I came here, so it was easier for me to make more. I've met some really cool people here -
Concerts
Me and my friends always go to concerts, these are the high points of my life because I love seeing live music. My friend and I went to an aerosmith concert and made our way all the way to the front when we started in the middle. It was a really cool experience because of how lucky we were to be that close! Apart from that, we went to other concerts over summer. -
Meeting Bernie Sanders
This DEFINITELY was a high point in my life, a group of friends and I went to a Bernie Sanders rally and we were all the way in the front. Bernie Sanders shook my hand and we took many pictures. It was a really cool experience and I was super happy because I've always wanted to see Bernie Sanders give a speech. -
Summer 2017
This was a really good time for me but also a slightly low time towards the end because of the accidents. I traveled a lot this summer, hung out with my friends, went to concerts,and got accepted into NAU. I changed the most after this summer and my view on life changed completely -
Car accident
Me and my friend Chaienne got into a crazy accident. It was really scary and it was probably one of a few of my lowest moments because I got hurt and it made my fear of driving even worse. The accident really opened my eyes to how short life is and how fast it can go -
Witnessing an accident
This was another low point in my life, but also I felt like this is what helped me appreciate everything more. My friends and I were driving, and saw a man walking down the road, we almost hit him but we swerved fast. My other friend and I looked back and saw him get hit by a car. Traffic stopped and we made a U turn and called the cops, the guy ended up dying but it was just super weird thing to see. -
Protest in downtown Phoenix
This was a high point in my life, I've always been politically active but going to this protest had to be what really topped it off. There were about 10 thousand protesters, and it was a really cool experience because it was nice seeing all different types of people come together for one thing. The streets were so packed that every floor on the parking lot garage was filled with protesters.
