At lunch in Napier it was a sunny hot day I felt like I could take a long dip in the sea. I went outside and I leaped in the freezing cold water... It was a boiling hot in Hastings. On April 11 it was the best time of the year. My birthday! I invited heaps of people. When they all got at my house I got a motorbike for my birthday, Crighton had a go, slam! KAPOW! awww! Crighton got hit by a clothesline. He was in agony! He was yelling left right and center. Later on we had pinata. I missed and missed then BOFF! my Dad got pounded in the stomach with a stick. -

It was 8:00 in the morning I was all full on for the big rugby match. I had some weet bix got all my gear and I seat of I got to the rugby field I was all pumped and ready to play. Boff I pounded a guy with a big tackle and he lost it we got the ball and TRY . The other team kicked it and gotta try it was full time. We all went back home, 5 hours later I got a call it was the Hastings East rugby coaches and they said you have made it into the Hastings east rugby team I was so alive at the time
