My first contact with Gaming devices
my first console ever was a Playstation 1, and i had a very different styles of games ranging from:
Crash bandicoot
Tekken
Spyro
Fifa
Time crisis
which this is were the love of gaming had come from. In the years playing consoles, I felt that during my younger life playing video games was a escape from trauma and a means of connecting with friends.

Using my first pc
At the age of 8, my aunty was working for dell. during this time she had acquired her own dell pc and at that time internet was every slow and dial up. While waiting for the internet to load, I did discover games like pinball, pong and solitaire. In years after, I received pc games for birthdays, Easter and Christmas. Some of these videos games were harry potter, doom, space invaders and zuma bubble shooter. -

Teenage years
I got many consoles ranging from Gameboy colour, Gameboy advance, PlayStation 2 and Xbox in my teenage years. During high school i was playing console to escape dramas and issues from school life. Most of my time with family was traveling to long distance locations which i would take my handheld devices with me to occupy on many of these hours.

10 years of gaming
In 2010, I had moved to different states which saw me working in different cities in Melbourne, Brisbane, Darwin and now in Adelaide. Most of these changes also came through failed relationship's. Which ended up seeing a psychiatrist, when one difficult day at work, my psychiatrist asked the question, 'what do you want to do with your life Dean?', to which I replied anything to do with gaming. From here I applied at UniSA, to archive my career goal's. -
Many upgrades yearly
During 2010, I bought a Xbox 360. Though I still felt like a noob, I persisted in giving online gaming a go. This also saw me spend way to much money on console and upgrades, always search for the new and best products. In total I have been through five different Xbox console, four different Nintendo products. Since 2020 when next gen consoles were released I am now a own of PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X and a custom built PC. Picture of my setup is below
