Had my second Son, Troy.
He was born at 32 weeks and was critically premature. He was in NICU for 2 weeks and it was touch and go for quite some time. This was when I was introduced to a social worker for the first time and became more familiar with the field. -

I will be travelling 23 hours via bus to a farm in Worcester where I will take a vow of silence for 10 days and learn the ancient art of Vipassana Meditation discovered by Gautama Buddha 2500 years ago.
