Got placed as one of the students among first five students during my third year of my undergrad. I still had more than three semesters to complete my graduation, so I decided to work with Placement cell to help my fellow batch students and juniors to get placed. Technology predominantly used for Training - Mainly Classroom Training with Blackboards and OHP (Over Head Projectors).. Still remember the transparent slides I used to present the math problems !!

Completed first corporate training from Oracle University on Siebel CRM Technology and trained fellow teammates on Siebel CRM at Ramco Systems Limited, Chennai, India. Technology Predominantly used - Classroom training using Microsoft Powerpoint Slides.

Joined IBM India as Siebel CRM Application Consultant at Banking, Finance and Insurance Unit. Setup Siebel CRM Center of Excellence which eventually trained all the ELTP (Entry Level Training Programmers) fresh out of college. Technology predominantly used - Classroom Training with Powerpoint Slides, Embeded Videos and Links to external Oracle URLs, Brownbag Session with Lunch, WebEx session for remote users.

As Siebel Architect, I was tasked with implementing the Siebel CRM Sales application for the Marriott International Headquarters at Bethesda, MD. I got opportunity to "Train the trainers" at Learning and Development unit, that trains all the sales reps of Marriott Hotels. Technologies predominantly used - Blended Learning Environment with Classroom training and Online Training using LMS supported by IBM rational suite.
