MY CLINICAL HISTORY

  • MY BIRTH DAY

    I was born in Valencia, Venezuela. It was Thursday at 5:00 am.
    I weighed 3.2 kilograms and I was 50 cm. It was a caesarean birth.

  • MY FIST FOREHEAD CUT

    I was jumping on the bed, I fell down and I cut my forehead with the headboard of the bed. Next, the doctor sewed up it.

  • CHICKEN POX

    I got chicken pox and I remenber that i was scratching all the day. Then, i got vaccinated against chicken pox.

  • MY SECOND FOREHEAD CUT

    I was havng a shower and I fell down and hit my forehead. And, the cut I got in my forehead opened again.

  • Gastroenteritis

  • GASTROENTERITIS

    I was sleeping and in the middle of the night I got stomachache. Next, I went to the hospital and I passed there the next two days.

  • OTITIS

    I was sleeping and in the middle of the night I got earache and I went to the hospital, a doctor told e it was because some water entered in my ear.

  • I SPRAIN MY COCCYX

    I was running and I stopped very fast and I got a backache and I couldn't walk or sit down normally with the pain. Some weeks later of repose I got better.
