On Saturday, May 7, 2005, I walked acrossed the stage at the Ted Constant Convocation Center to receive my BS in IDS for Early Childhood Education with a Minor in Special Education.

I began my job "big girl job" on August 22, 2005. I started out as a teacher assistant for SECEP. Then, by mid-October of 2005, I was in my own classroom, teaching in a middle-school in Virginia Beach. -

On Sunday, May 18, 2008, I received my Master's of Education in Speical Education from Cambridge College.

After receiving an offer that would put me closer to where I wanted to be both professionally and personally, I left SECEP.

March 7, 2011 was my first day with SPS. I look forward to coming to work everyday!
