Drove to My Auto from 475 address and asked for Work order print out. Was told he’d scan one and send it tonight. He sent me a work order, but didn’t scan the original as he said. -
Delivered letter to Matt in person: Ignored
Drove from 475 address to My Auto & back (no other stops made). Matt refused to sign letter. Sent email to Matt the second I got home. 17.6 mile drive -

Spoke with Dave. Dave was helpful. Told me to email Matt about it so that I’m not getting two different people’s information. Emailed Matt request for claim number of rental car. Writing second message to My Auto to recover Lot Ready costs. Talked to Gates and to Lot Ready. Talked to O’Rielly corporate office. Talked with Mitch at Corporate office who told me that the claim was denied by Gates because it was found a part was rubbing against the timing belt. -
