In 610, Muhammad had his first revelation. He fasted on Mount Hira and saw an angel, who he thought was Gabriel, that commanded him to recite the Quran.

In 613, Muhammad made his beliefs widespread and attempted to teach it to other people. However, he was rejected and fled to Mecca.

In 620, Muhammad faced a tough trial. On this year, both his uncle, ho was his last caretaker, and his wife passed away. He was once again left alone.
