Muhammad's Birth
Muhammad was born in the town of Mecca. This was a mountain town and was located in western Arabia. He was the first and only son of Abd Allah bin Al-Muttalib. -

Muhammad fasts and medites in a mountain cave outside of the town. He is visited by an overpowering presence and is instructed to recite words of beatuy and foce. This is tributed to God and it took years for him to talk about the expereince. -

Muhammad and Muslims Emigrate to Medina
Muhammad and his folloewrs left Mecca and traveled to Yathrib. This was the same location his father was buried. He remained there for the next years building the first muslim community. -

Conquest of Mecca
Muhammad and his followers marched on Mecca and joined a tribe. All of them entered Mecca without fighting and Meccans also joined them. -

Muhammad's Death
Muhammad returns fromm Media and he goes to Mecca one last time for a pilgamage. He then returns to Media and dies there after illness. -
Muhammad acts as a Caravan
Muhammad reaches his early twenties and begins working as a merchant. He is working under Khadja bint, and the two are distant cousins. Muhammad carries her goods to the north. -
Muhammad's Marriage
Muhammad is married to Khadja. Muhammad manages Khadja's buisness affairs and they live pleasently. The two have six childen and two sons who die in infancy. The rest are daughters.
