First album release
In 2008 Miley Cyrus released a pop album called 'Breakaway' whilst still acting for the Disney show that brought her fame 'Hannah Montana'. This was Miley's first single that wasn't related to the show that she was the lead actress for. -
Begin of a new image
in 2009 Miley released the song 'party in the USA' which was the start of her breakaway from being a Disney star and when she was finally starting to be seen as a young pop star with a lot of potential. The song said a lot about Miley's life before the Disney show, which allowed people to see the real her. -
The new Miley
In 2012 Miley dyed and chopped her hair off, she completely reinvented her Innocent child star image when stripped down and twerked at the 2013 MTV awards. This began the decline of her popularity amongst audiences. -
New album
During Miley's new image change her engagement was broken off, this inspired a new set of songs to be released. Her album 'Bangerz' was a massive hit a gained Miley a whole new fanbase. -
Most recent image
Her newest album once again has a different sound. Miley once again has changed her image, letting her hair grow out and releasing her new album 'Malibu' which also again has a different sound from all her previous albums.
