Yoongi's delivery accident
Yoongi was injured in an accident that occurred in 2012 while he was doing his delivering job. He injured his shoulder but did not tell the company about it . He had told the members that he ”fell down the stairs” because he did not want to worry the members and the company. He thought that if he told them they would not let him debut. -

SUGA's Debut
He debuted in BTS in 2013 under the stage name of SUGA. He picked the name SUGA because it was somehow connected to the court position he was assigned to when playing basketball. SUGA usually plays the role of a shooting guard and the stage name SUGA was taken from the first syllables of this term. He stuck with this name over his former name in D-Town 'Gloss'. -
O!RUL8,2? - N.O
On Septermber 11th, 2013 BTS released their 1st mini album, O!RUL8,2? The message of the album is that “you must find your happiness and your own life before it’s too late.” -

No longer just young boys, the album is an introduction to BTS as a group that continues to grow and develop. In each track are distilled poetic and pop emotions that allows the listener to sense both the soft and the resounding musical transformation of the group. -
The Most Beautiful Moment In Life Pt.2 - Run
The most beautiful moment in life pt.2 with title track 'Run' sings about the energy of youth barreling forward, embracing even the uncertainty and insecurity. Now beginning to taste the bitterness of grown-up life, they can easily sense that life isn't always beautiful. There’s nothing else to do but keep running. Facing the powerlessness of one’s youth, they collide and shatter and still cry out that “it’s okay to fall, it’s okay to get hurt.” That is the beauty of this moment. -
BTS first Daesang Prod. SUGA
In 2016 BTS won their first Daesang for their album The Most Beautiful Moment in Life: Young Forever. Yoongi and Slow Rabbit produced and wrote "Intro: 화양연화" (Intro: Hwayangyeonhwa / Intro: The Most Beautiful Moment in Life). Yoongi helped write every song in the album except 1. At the award show this was the first time we saw Yoongi actually cry. -

On August 15, 2016 Yoongis relesed his first mixtape Agust D. Agust D is his alter ego of SUGA/Yoongi. Agust D is SUGA backwards with T and D representing his old highschool band D-town. With the tital track being 'Agust D'. -
Wings - Blood Sweat & Tears
Wings is BTS 2nd Full-Length Album with title track 'Blood Sweat & Tears as well as BTS first Solo Tracks. WINGS contains songs about boys who encounter temptation for the first time and must ponder and agonize in the face of it. As the seven boys experience pain and bliss, they bring forth the image of birds that break out of their shells and try to take flight for the first time. SUGA produces a lot of songs in the album including is own solo song 'First Love' -

BTS releases YOU NEVER WALK ALONE with title tracks 'Spring Day and 'Not today'. The epilogue brings closure to WINGS, “We can laugh if we are together”, a message of comfort and hope to the youth of this generation. -

BTS releases LOVE YOURSELF 承 'HER' their 5th mini album with title track 'DNA'. The message of the album is “Loving yourself is the beginning of true love”, All the different faces of love expressed through the signature music of BTS. BTS releases LOVE YOURSELF 結 ‘ANSWER’ with title track 'Mic Drop'. The BTS LOVE YOURSELF series creates a narrative by linking the key songs in each album into a single theme, imparting the message that “loving yourself is true love”. Like a well-written novel having introduction, development, twists, and conclusion it shared a compelling story for two and a half years. SUGA produced and wrote a lot in this album inducing his second solo song 'Seesaw' -

Mots7 is BTS 4th full-length album with tile tracks ON and Black Swan being a global art project "CONNECT". Mots7 now turns inward to the shadow within in a candid acknowledgement that it, too, is part of the self. Now, understanding that the scars BTS accepts both “the self I want to show” and the “self I want to scorn” to at last tell their own story of finding their “real and complete selves”. This is SUGA 3rd solo song 'Interlude: Shadow' and helps produce and write other songs in the album. -

“Dynamite” is a Disco Pop single that sings of joy and confidence, bringing a new surge of much-needed ‘energy’ to reinvigorate the global community. In this song, the global superstars find happiness by doing again what they do best: engaging in a perpetual cycle of giving and receiving joy with the world through music and performances. This also marks BTS first english single which takes the western world by storm and also being nominated for a grammy award. -
Yoongi goes for surgery
In 2020 the company announced in Weverse that Yoongi underwent surgery to repair his torn shoulder labrum on November 3, 2020. "The surgery, to address a problem that had constantly been a health and wellness issue for Suga, was completed successfully and he is currently resting and recovering following his physician's advice that Suga must undergo a strict and unhindered period of recovery." -
BE - Life Goes On
BTS returns with BE to unfold another chapter of 2020. As a sense of helplessness looms in every corner of the world, BTS opens themselves up to express their mixed feelings about this situation; fear and anxiety mingled with the determination to overcome all this. Title track“Life Goes On” speaks on behalf of everyone stuck in the new normality brought on by COVID-19: one day, the world stopped without any warning, streets erased of footsteps and the way out is nowhere near in sight. -

BTS’ latest summer anthem “Butter” released on May 21 is a dance pop track that easily becomes listeners’ favorite earworm, with its distinctive baseline and crisp synth sounds. It is their second English song following “Dynamite”. -

Belonging to the dance pop genre, “Permission to Dance” sits on piano and string sounds that make the listeners bop their heads and bust some dance moves. This song is also a gift for ARMY to celebrate everything they have accomplished together. World-renowned musician Ed Sheeran and British producer Steve Mac took part in making the song. This is BTS 3rd English single. -
BTS x Coldplay 'My Universe' - SUGA'S Remix
BTS collaborate with the world known Coldplay on the song 'My Universe'. The BTS members helped write the song and in late October SUGA released his remix of the song.
