Michael brought out his new album 'Thriller'. It came along with a 14 minute music video for the song of the same name as the album. -
Michael's company organized a show on TV to celebrate its 25th anniversary. Michael performed a song with his brothers and after, he stayed on stage and started performing his song "Billie Jean". When he started to dance, he did the "moonwalk", his immortal dance and many people started to try and talk about it soon after the show. -
Michael's brothers wanted to go on tour with him as The Jackson 5 and he accepted. They made a deal with the company Pepsi-Cola for them to pay for their tour. In exchange, they had to make two adverts for them. During the filming of one of the adverts, Michael's hair caught in fire and was taken to the hospital. -
Same year he suffered the terrible accident; The Grammys gave him eight awards, he got his own star on The Hollywood Walk of Fame, and he was even given a special award from the US president at the White House. -
Four years after Thriller, Michael was ready to make new music, but he questioned what he can do to follow the most succesful album in history.
