Stars and Elena
this impacted me greatly because it was during these night walks that the stars became very important to me. Elena was like my mother figure that i never had. she held my hand and taught me about the stars above us when we took these walks near our orphanage. -

moved from montana to washington
this impacted me greatly because i lived in montana as long as i had lived in russia and all my friends including the ones that were adopted from the same orphange as me, i had to leave them and start a life here. i hated it here, everything about this place i hated. but now its not so bad after living here for 2 1/2 yrs -
